Meet the Owner
Hi! I’m Katie — owner and founder of Reform Studio 🤍
After moving to Huntsville in 2019, I quickly fell in love with the town’s energy and the amazing people who make it feel like home. I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016 and have always been drawn to movement as a form of healing.
In 2017, I faced some health challenges that led me to discover Pilates as a tool for healing, and it completely changed my life. Pilates transformed the way I move, feel, and connect with my body, and I wanted to create a space where others could experience that same transformation.
Reform was built on the idea that strength and softness can exist together — a space that feels welcoming, motivating, and grounded in community. It’s more than just a place to work out; it’s a bright, inclusive studio where everyone, regardless of experience or ability, can feel empowered.
My goal is for you to leave every class feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
Can’t wait to move with you at the studio 🤍
— Katie

Booking, waitlist and cancellation policy
Booking Classes
Booking your classes is quick and easy through our online booking system or mobile app. Classes can be reserved up to 3 months in advance, and we encourage booking early, as class sizes are limited to just 7 participants.
To download our app, visit your app store and search for "Reform Studio Muskoka." Download the app and follow the sign-up process. If you've previously signed up with us, simply use the same email address when creating your account in the app.
If you have any questions or need help getting started, don't hesitate to reach out—we're always happy to help!
Minimum Class Attendance
To provide the best possible experience for everyone, a minimum of 2 participants is required for a class to run.
If fewer than 2 people are booked, we may need to cancel the class. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and do our best to move you into another class that works with your schedule.
Morning classes will be cancelled by 8:00 PM the evening before the scheduled class. Afternoon and evening classes will be cancelled with 3–4 hours' notice whenever possible.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.
Here's how it works:
When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class.
You'll receive an email notification if you're moved into the class.
If you're added to a class more than 24 hours before the class starts, our standard cancellation policy applies.
If you're added to a class within 24 hours of the start time, you won't be charged if you're unable to attend—just let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to attend classes, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance can be completed through your account with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will result in the class being forfeited.
No-shows will also forfeit the class, or a fee will be incurred for our unlimited memberships.
This policy allows members on the waitlist the opportunity to join classes and helps us keep our schedule running smoothly.
Thank you for helping us create a fair and respectful experience for everyone in our studio community! 🤍
