New to Pilates?
This 30- min info session is perfect for those new to Pilates or anyone looking for a refresher. Our goal in this session is to help you feel comfortable and confident before joining a full class. We will walk through the Reformer, discuss the spring system, introduce key Pilates terms and go over essential base movements.
Although we will be doing some exercises, this is less of a workout and more of a guided introduction to set you up for success and calm any nerves!

Reform Classic is our signature reformer class, designed to give you a dynamic and well-rounded Pilates workout. This class blends strength, stability, flexibility, and control to leave you feeling strong and energized. With a mix of core work, muscle endurance, and mindful movement, Reform Classic is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves while maintaining a strong foundation.
Who it's for: All levels—modifications provided for beginners, progressions for those wanting more challenge.

Strength-focused reformer Pilates with targeted muscle engagement!
Reform Sculpt takes your Pilates practice to the next level with a focus on building strength, endurance, and control. Each class alternates target zones—upper body, lower body, or full-body focus—to ensure balanced muscle engagement and variety in your workouts. With plenty of variations and modifications, this class is accessible to anyone looking to challenge themselves, whether you're new to strength training or a seasoned Pilates lover.
Who it's for: Anyone looking to build strength, tone muscles, and add challenge to their practice.
What to expect: A mix of controlled, strength-based movements with resistance, alternating muscle focus each class. -
Ready for a reset?
Reformer Flow is our Stretch-focused reformer Pilates with mindful breathing and gentle movement.
Reformer Flow offers a restorative workout designed to reset your body and mind. Emphasizing deep stretching and intentional breathwork, each session helps release tension, improve flexibility, and invite relaxation. With a variety of modifications this class is accessible for anyone seeking a refreshing, low-impact reset.

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend attending one of you Reformer Info Sessions or starting with a Reform Classic or Reform Flow. Our Flow class is a great option if you want a slower-paced, instructional class to build confidence, while Classic offers a well-rounded, full-body workout with modifications for all levels.
If you’re feeling nervous, we suggest reaching out to one of our instructors who can help you chose the best starting point for yourself!
We encourage everyone to explore different classes! Our instructors provide modifications and variations in every session, so you can challenge yourself while working at your own pace.
Looking for a strength-focused workout? Reform Sculpt is designed to be more challenging, but it can be modified for all levels—so don’t be afraid to give it a try! Still unsure? Reach out—we’re happy to help! 😊

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes, so please bring a pair! If you don’t have any, no worries—we have them available for purchase at the studio or on our app!
Don’t forget your water and a sweat towel if you’d like, but most importantly, just bring yourself and get ready to move, flow, and have fun!

Group classes are 50-minutes and private sessions are 55-minutes.
